With the "Kulturhaus Alte Schlachterei", the Kulturverein Schneverdingen e.V. has succeeded in creating a lively meeting place. Right in the heart of the town, culture can be experienced here by everyone - accessible, inspiring and community-building.

The Kulturhaus is an open meeting place for citizens and art lovers alike. In addition to the modern theatre hall with space for around 200 spectators, the seminar rooms with state-of-the-art technical equipment offer sufficient space for workshops, lectures, one-day seminars, meeting formats, cultural lessons and much more.

The bright, inviting foyer also offers space for high-quality art exhibitions of all kinds by artists.

The concept is perfectly complemented by culinary delights: our partner "Heidewerk e.V." runs the catering in the building with the inclusive restaurant "PIETZ - Food & Moor". Here, aesthetic pleasure meets culinary quality - with a seasonal and regional menu that is sure to delight.
