Cultivation instead of reformation is our motto, under which we offer tried and tested and new interpretations of Bavarian cuisine. We revitalise the tried and tested and the familiar from the Bavarian pot, but are still open to new interpretations. Cultivating rather than reforming Bavarian pub culture.
