The villa's pretty turret catches the eye from afar as you approach. Villa Karoly was built around 1905 and is now a listed building.
As you drive down the driveway, you are greeted by imposing old trees and shrubs - as if you were in the middle of the countryside (instead of right next door to Cologne...).

Behind the villa is a huge natural garden and cosy terraces (partly covered). Lizards, squirrels, birds of prey and many other animal species live here.
The villa itself looks ultra-modern at the back with its new glass façade . (Of course there is air conditioning).

Inside, the mix of history and contemporary design continues: old brick walls and modern furnishings.

If you like, you can prepare, heat or chill your food in the kitchen . There is plenty of crockery and cutlery for you and your guests.
The table football room has enough space for your buffet (and for your table football tournaments!).

Right next door is the open-air room, where you can party hard. There are tables and seats for approx. 20-25 people (more are planned). And the highlight: there are floor-to-ceiling windows along the entire length of the open-plan room with a marvellous view of the greenery!

The play room is accessed through the historic, open archway. It is equipped with our high-quality movement landscape: a climbing course for children aged between approx. 2 and 10 years. There are also other toys, such as magnetic building blocks, a play kitchen, a wooden railway, ... and a quiet area.
