Located directly on the shore of Lake Constance, Seegut Zeppelin combines clear contemporary architecture with the calm of a protected natural landscape. Opened in 2024, the property offers light-flooded spaces, warm materials and wide views of the lake and the Alps – a discreet setting for events that require focus, dialogue and ease in equal measure.
Flexible event areas with state-of-the-art technology, quiet breakout zones and generous outdoor spaces with private lake access and harbour are available for meetings, workshops, retreats and multi-day offsites. With hotel rooms and suites, high-quality cuisine at Restaurant Pinus and carefully designed breakout areas, business programmes, fireside talks, yoga sessions or walk-and-talks along the lakeshore can be seamlessly combined.
Whether for a board retreat, creative team workshop, incentive by the lake or an intimate wedding, Seegut Zeppelin is a professionally managed, sustainability-minded venue where nature sets the pace – and events unfold in a clear, tranquil atmosphere.
At Seegut Zeppelin, sustainability is not an add-on but the foundation of the entire concept. Located within a protected lakeside landscape and certified by GreenSign, the property operates according to clearly defined resource-efficient and nature-friendly standards.
The energy system is based on an efficient heat pump combined with green electricity. Insulation, building services and the building envelope are designed for long-term low energy use, while natural, durable materials such as wood, stone and high-quality textiles shape the interiors. Wherever possible, the principle is to repair rather than replace.
At Restaurant Pinus, a contemporary, mainly vegetarian cuisine takes centre stage. Regional and seasonal products from the Lake Constance area are served in sharing-style dishes that invite guests to taste and share. Meat and fish are used as carefully chosen highlights rather than the norm. Menu design, portion sizes and kitchen processes are geared towards significantly reducing food waste; tap water and well-curated (including non-alcoholic) pairings support this approach.
For guests, Seegut Zeppelin offers EV charging, assistance with public transport travel and nature-based programmes ranging from retreats to meetings. Looking ahead, the property is working on a Common Good balance sheet, further increasing the transparency and measurability of its sustainability performance.

Seegut Zeppelin is ideal for meetings, workshops, retreats, offsites, incentives, weddings and private celebrations for small to medium-sized groups. The main event halls – Zedernsaal and Buchensaal – can host up to around 100 guests in theatre-style seating, depending on the setup. Several smaller salons, boardrooms and breakout rooms are available for group work, parallel sessions and confidential meetings. By combining indoor spaces, terraces and lakeside outdoor areas, a wide range of event formats can be created.
