Schmirgelwerk Leipzig

'The Schmirgelwerk' is a location in the factory district of Böhlitz-Ehrenberg in the west of Leipzig. It is ideal for events such as personal celebrations, art exhibitions, choir concerts, unplugged concerts, dance events, workshops, meetings, etc. The location essentially consists of two rooms with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Both rooms can be rented separately from each other. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a bar. The larger of the two rooms and the sanitary facilities are barrier-free. 'The Schmirgelwerk' is located at Südstraße 55, a courtyard with several residential units, commercial and holiday apartments. The latter can be rented on request, if they have not already been booked.
