The Schmidt Z&KO in Berlin is a symbiotic joint project between Anja and Carsten Schmidt from the Schmidt wine shop and the two renowned TV chefs Ralf Zacherland Mario Kotaska.

Cook & let cook, learn & enjoy, eat & drink well. You can do all this at Schmidt Z&KO. in Rheinstraße in Berlin-Friedenau. Our spacious premises combine a restaurant, a wine bar, a wine shop and our gourmet school - a perfectly equipped show kitchen where our guests can cook together with Ralf Zacherl, Mario Kotaska or our chef Gerrit Wensing.

From the gourmet school, our guests have direct access to our beautiful "Hinterhof Oase" terrace. This outdoor area is in an absolutely quiet location and can also be used for events, depending on the weather.

Our restaurant impresses with its modern industrial design and offers the perfect setting for an enjoyable evening. Head chef Gerrit Wensing creates modern and authentic dishes from regional products.
