• Daily rate Sunday to Thursday 398,- EUR with self-cleaning, catering free

• Daily rate Friday 448,- EUR with self-cleaning, catering free

• Daily rate Saturday 498,- EUR with self-cleaning, catering free

• Self-cleaning 0,00 EUR / standard cleaning: hall 20,- EUR, toilets and corridor 10,- EUR

• A deposit (security deposit) is required

• The deposit will be refunded after the end of the rental period, depending on any damage or in full if the room is free of defects and used in accordance with the contract

• 2 bottle fridges, kitchen unit with electric cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine

• Crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups are part of the basic equipment

• Tables and chairs

• Bright ceiling and wall lighting

• Separate toilets for women, men and people with physical disabilities and changing table available

• Terrace available (14 m x 6 m = 84 m²), half of which can be used free of charge
  (ALONE USE is possible for an extra EUR 50).
