  We prefer to work with local suppliers and adapt our food offerings to the seasons - fresh, regional and with short distances.

• Avoiding disposable products
  At events, we consistently use real crockery, glasses and serving platters - stylish and environmentally friendly.

• Avoiding food waste
  Our buffets and menus are planned according to demand. Leftovers are reduced through intelligent portioning and donation campaigns (e.g. to local food banks).

• Energy-efficient equipment
  Our kitchen and lighting have been converted to modern, energy-saving technology - for a lower carbon footprint.

• Recycling & waste separation
  It goes without saying that we separate packaging materials properly and dispose of food waste in an environmentally friendly way - where possible in cooperation with biogas or composting companies.

• Avoiding mass-produced goods & cheap products
  We pay attention to quality, origin and fair conditions - from meat from species-appropriate husbandry to organic coffee.
