The all-inclusive rent includes the average consumption of electricity, water and heating.
Also included is the use of all communal areas, such as the sanitary facilities, the smoking area, the tenants' storage rooms and the foyer.
The provision of furniture and equipment is also included in the all-inclusive rent.
