The light-flooded event room in a central, quiet backyard location on Martinistraße combines the charm of an old building with modern loft flair.

The spacious rooms with high ceilings, large windows and a solid wooden floor offer a pleasant, open atmosphere for a wide range of uses - from workshops and seminars to creative formats, movement units or small music events.

The room is equipped with stainless steel beams, which are ideal for cloth yoga or similar applications, for example.

A small kitchenette (incl. sink, glasses, cups, kettle, teapots, fridge) and a corridor area with cloakroom, sofa and optional high table are available. The entrance area can be separated by a large sliding door.

A high-quality concert and music system is also available.

A flexible leather couch on castors, 20 chairs, 6 tables and a flipchart allow individual room design. (More chairs + tables available on request!)

The room is accessible via the rear courtyard and is in a quiet but central location - easily accessible and yet shielded from the hustle and bustle of the city.

What this room is not suitable for:

Parties with alcohol late into the night, as the volume in the room is loud from 10 pm.

High heels etc. / red wine, as the floor is solid wood.

The entire location has approx. 130sqm. The function room approx. 90sqm.
