LOFT Eppstein - the New York penthouse style in the Taunus region

The LOFT, the newest and most visionary of PERCUMA's three Taunus locations, rises above the rooftops of Eppstein. With 555 m² of event space spread over two floors and a total of 9 characterful rooms, the LOFT combines urban industrial charm with state-of-the-art event technology - ideal for special events, workshops, company celebrations, creative meetings or private festivities.

The light-flooded style with a large glass front, stylish lounge areas and a spacious roof terrace creates an exclusive penthouse atmosphere. This is complemented by versatile table and decoration concepts as well as flexible room combinations. State-of-the-art lighting and sound systems guarantee a professional setting for every event.

Particularly unique: the LOFT is designed as a junior project. Dual students and trainees design and operate the location independently - from furnishing and decoration to organisation, event management and social media. Supported by experienced PERCUMA professionals, a space is created in which entrepreneurship is actively experienced and event culture is innovatively developed.
