The Königliches Kurhaus is located directly on the Royal Spa Garden, the terrace leads into the idyllic park with its old trees and AlpenSole-Gradierhaus. The vibrant Bad Reichenhall pedestrian zone with cafés, shops and restaurants begins directly adjacent.

Built in 1900 by Max Littmann, the monarchical Bavarian spa scene manifests itself here in an exclusive way. Stucco, Untersberg marble, brass and wonderful chandeliers form a noble composition. The Royal Spa House is a building quoting Renaissance and Baroque. The foyer with its grand staircase impresses as soon as you enter. In addition to the modern ventilation / air-conditioning system, the high-quality lighting and sound technology ensure a perfect atmosphere. The car park in front of the Royal Spa House has around 80 parking spaces and can also be rented.
