The HubRaum in Gerlingen near Stuttgart is a modern, light-flooded event location with clear architecture, a generous sense of space and high window fronts that bathe the room in bright daylight. The HubRaum offers around 200 m² of space for up to 100 people. The variable seating allows for flexible room concepts - from an emotional free wedding ceremony to an elegant dinner or creative conference. Thanks to the clear design, a special atmosphere is created to suit every occasion.
The venue is equipped with high-quality audio and video technology: Projector, screen, microphones as well as a Sonos sound system, which can be used to play music wirelessly directly from a smartphone. Ideal for speeches, presentations or atmospheric music - all without complex technology.
A fully equipped stainless steel catering kitchen with convection oven, gastro dishwasher, cooling units and fully automatic coffee machine is available and offers maximum flexibility: whether with your own caterer, food truck or self-catering. Crockery and cutlery for up to 100 guests can also be booked on request.
The HubRaum is centrally located between Stuttgart and Ludwigsburg, easily accessible and offers 15 free parking spaces right outside the door. The free choice of catering, modern equipment and clear design make the HubRaum ideal for couples, companies and families who want to organise their event in a self-determined and individual way.

What sustainability initiatives does the venue implement?
Sustainability is actively practised at HubRaum. Since 2024, a photovoltaic system on the roof has been supplying the location with environmentally friendly electricity. In addition, modern heating, cooling and lighting systems ensure energy-efficient operation with reduced CO₂ emissions.
We prefer to work with regional suppliers and transparent supply chains in order to minimise transport routes and support local partners from the Stuttgart and Ludwigsburg area.
We also pay attention to durable materials and environmentally friendly products when it comes to furnishings and cleaning.
The central location in Gerlingen enables climate-friendly travel by bike or public transport. The HubRaum thus combines modern design with a conscious use of energy and resources - for events that will be remembered for a long time to come.

In the HubRaum, you are completely free to choose your own caterer. You can commission external providers or organise the food yourself. A fully equipped catering kitchen with convection oven and gastro dishwasher is available for preparation (without extractor fan).
