We offer you our beautiful space for your most creative projects or for an unforgettable event.

We have two large, modern and bright rooms with a ceiling height of 5.4 metres and a surface area of 102 m2 respectively. the room also have 2.5 metre high mezzanine floor, with an area of approx. 30 m2, which allow an equally wide view into each room.

The space of modern industrial architecture is well located in the former Clouth rubber factory in Cologne-Nippes and combine the history of the site with modern, flexible commercial lofts. The spaces include charging stations for electric cars and communal parking spaces in a publicly accessible underground car park.

It is possible to use the space for coworking by agreement between the parties. The space is extremely calm, bright and quiet for this purpose.
