Sustainability
What sustainability initiatives does the venue implement?
We put what the region has to offer on our plates. We work with what our farm and nature have to offer and what our regional partners have to offer. Gut Boltenhof is home to numerous animals, such as the donkeys and cheeky goats as well as our chickens, geese and pigs. For our growing herd of Fleckvieh and Limousin suckler cows, we grow frugal winter rye and clover grass using exclusively organic farming methods. Naturally under:
