Modern and versatile 120 m² event room in Bocholt - ideal for workshops, meetings, team events, LAN parties, small-scale birthdays or quiet group events. The room is heated all year round, has an open-plan layout and can be used flexibly.

Facilities: large bar with sink area, glass fridge, projector, Teufel sound system (for moderate volume), large tables and chairs, lounge corner, table tennis table and table football (optional use). There is also a modern bathroom with WC, urinal, shower and washbasin. Vinyl flooring, good acoustics and fast internet round off the overall picture. Capacity: ideal for up to approx. 40 people.

Important: The room is located in a residential area. The windows cannot be opened and therefore provide additional protection from outside noise. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, the hall door must remain largely closed during use, especially in the evening.

From 22:00, the legal night-time quiet applies, so please reduce music. The outdoor area may only be used quietly from 22:00 (e.g. smoking). No loud parties, no DJ systems and no open parties.

The location is particularly suitable for corporate events, team meetings, workshops, gaming events, film & photo work, yoga/dance and private parties on a smaller scale.

Prices: between €150 and €450 depending on the type and duration of use.

Deposit and final cleaning by arrangement.
