What sustainability initiatives does the venue implement?
Sustainability is more than just a buzzword for us - we pay attention to the conscious use of resources in all areas. Our kitchen favours regional and seasonal products, we offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan menus and reduce food waste through careful planning. Drinks come from local partners wherever possible. We favour reusable packaging, avoid single-use plastic and consistently separate our waste. We also design our building with durable materials, lots of wood and plants to create a healthy and natural indoor climate.
