For the period 24.07.25 - 04.09.25 (6 weeks at a time) we are renting out our beautiful top floor, located directly in the Nikolai quarter in the Kurfürstenhöfe.
We would rent out the entire flat for 550€ per day. For a rental period of the entire 6 weeks, we would be happy to make you an individual offer.

We use our rooms for our personal and business coach training courses, for team coaching, for events, for video and photo productions and for creative get-togethers of all kinds. And as we are going on our summer break, we are happy to rent out these beautiful rooms to someone who is looking for special rooms like these.

We would be happy to meet you on site and show you our rooms live.
There is room for at least 80 people standing and around 40 people seated. We also hire out the seating for at least 30 people for this time.

The top floor can be reached via the lift or the opulent staircase. The large, spacious hallway extends directly from the entrance. The first room with the original brick wall leads off to the right. To the left of the hallway, there are 2 WCs next to each other with windows. One of them is additionally equipped with a urinal. (There is NO shower/bathtub in the flat)

The kitchenette has a dishwasher and a basic set of crockery including glasses, coffee cups, plates, cutlery and carafes.

To the left of the kitchen is the second seminar room, which is approximately 26 square metres in size and includes a table and 2 armchairs. Through the large glass door you enter the large third seminar room, which is the largest space on the top floor with about 80sqm.

Through another glass door you enter the fourth room, with about 20sqm.
