CCH – Congress Center Hamburg

Hamburg is one of the few metropolises that is in the fortunate position of being able to offer an exhibition centre and a congress centre right in the city centre. Connected by the "Planten un Blomen" park, the exhibition centre and the CCH - Congress Center Hamburg form a unique event campus in the heart of the Hanseatic city.

From concerts and galas to major national and international congresses and corporate events of all kinds, the CCH offers you almost unlimited possibilities to make your event a complete success.

With a total area of 36,000 square metres, the CCH is one of the largest and most modern congress centres in Europe. The number 12,000 has a very special meaning here: the event area is 12,000 square metres, the foyer area is also 12,000 square metres and a total of 12,000 people can be in the CCH at any one time.

The building impresses with its light-flooded modern architecture, well thought-out room concepts and high-calibre AV technology. Even the newly designed Congressplatz and the entrance area give an idea of the uniqueness of the building. It also sets standards in terms of location, flexibility and individuality. This enables events for 500 people or more to be held in the up to 50 multifunctional halls, which are spread over four levels and the three event areas. The three areas are accessible via separate entrances and exits. Flexibility combined with sustainability and accessibility.

Our congress centre has been awarded gold certification by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). This is the highest award for sustainability from the DGNB that an existing congress centre has ever received.
