It combines the advantages of city and country life. You can reach Potsdam and Berlin quickly by public transport. The Blossom Quarter is located between Caputh Castle and Lake Caputh.

With the Blütenviertel, a multifaceted neighbourhood is being created in Caputh, once Einstein's summer idyll, offering a mix of living, working and recreation.

Public transport: Bus directly in front of the house, Schwielowsee railway station just a few minutes' walk away.

• Our small 55.07 m² lecture room in home cinema style offers you an extraordinary atmosphere for lectures, films, presentations, workshops and events

• We also have a small, cosy coworking area for flexible working, a meeting room (47.5 m² for approx. 10 people) and a communal kitchen

• A large lecture room with 194 m² will be ready in March 2025.
