After more than two years of extensive renovation work, the traditional Menterschwaige estate now shines in new splendour.

The Menterschwaige beer garden offers space for up to 1,000 guests. The pub-restaurant has 180 seats inside and 70 seats on the sun terrace. The stylishly renovated and historic König Ludwig Saal is a wonderful place to celebrate with up to 110 people. Whether a christening, summer party or wedding. We will realise your ideas. For smaller groups (up to 45 people), the rustic-style Jagdstüberl offers the perfect setting. In the conference room , up to 50 people can give free rein to their creativity. The new boutique hotel in the rear part of the building has been welcoming guests since 1 May 2025. It offers 28 high-quality rooms, including suites and superior categories. The relaunch of the Augustiner Gutshof Menterschwaige closes a circle. Where once artists, kings and summer visitors stopped off, a place is now being created that reflects the soul of Munich - with enjoyment, conviviality and genuine hospitality.
