The former combined heat and power station, built in 1960, is located in the immediate vicinity of Potsdam-Rehbrücke railway station.
After the building lost its function as a coal-fired power station, it was used for various purposes over the years until it was carefully restored to its largely original cubature in recent years. The aim was to preserve the industrial charm as much as possible and to combine it with modern elements and expand it through them. For example, the former fireplace was converted into the central discharge room, which is additionally made the centre of attention by galleries and open adjoining rooms. The power plant has a total area of approx. 550 m². The property has an impressive façade and beautiful brickwork. Plenty of parking spaces are available.
The power station can be used for many purposes. For example for: Weddings, events, etc.
